Prayer in W.P.No.14269 of 2019: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for 1/4
the records of the Memorandum with F.No.0899/PHB/Estt./E-3/2018-19/57 dated 7.5.2019 and to quash the same.
Prayer in W.P.No.15206 of 2019: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the 3rd respondent with F.No.0899/PHB/Estt./E-3/ 2018-19/181 dated 17.05.2019 and to quash the same. For Petitioner in all writ petitions : Mr.M.R.Thangavel For Respondents in all writ petitions : M/s.Sharadha Vivek for R1 Additional Government Pleader Mr.T.M.Naveen for R2 and R3 COMMON ORDER In all these writ petitions, the petitioner has assailed the action of respondents in initiating the disciplinary action against him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to filing of the writ petitions, the respondents having passed an order dated 09.10.2023 cancelling the petitioner's initial appointment itself. He further submits that in view of the subsequent decision of the respondents, the cause in the present writ petition does not survive for consideration.
3. Learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent and learned counsel for the second and third respondents did not dispute the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2/4

In view of the aforesaid submission and taking note of the fact that by a subsequent action, the respondents having cancelled the appointment of petitioner itself, and the said proceeding is under challenge before this Court, this Court is of the view that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration.
5. Accordingly, these writ petitions are closed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
