These Petitions have been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 3,5,6 & 11 in the above second appeals as the legal representatives of the deceased 7th respondent.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these petitions are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title, if the papers are otherwise in order.
