(CRIME NO.157/2021) For Petitioner : M/S A.RAMESH Advocate For Respondent : MR.V.MEGANATHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 399 of I.P.C. in Cr.No.157 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused is alleged to have commit dacoity. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.Nos.19949, 24192 of 2021 and 5627, 11269 of 2022 and Crl.O.P.No.24192 of 2021 was dismissed as withdrawn and this Court has dismissed the other petitions.

5.Considering the nature of the offence committed by the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.Nos.19949 of 2021 and 5627, 11269 of 2022, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
