The petitioner seeks to quash the order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.Po/De.Va/2015 dated 02.02.2015 and for a consequential direction to first and second respondents to provide adequate police protection on 4.2.2015, for celebration of music orchestra programme at Prasanna Baskara Lakshmi Venkataramana Temple, Madakondapalli, Thalli, Krishnagiri District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.On instructions from the respondents-police, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that during the previous year, due to dispute between two groups of people belonging to two different communities, there was commotion and law and order problem. Therefore, the permission to conduct the music programme during the temple festival for this area was rejected. 3.The petitioner would state that now there is no dispute between the two groups of people and all of them have jointly come forward to conduct the festival and the music programme is arranged tonight and several dignitaries are attending the function. If that be the case, it is open to the petitioner to approach the second respondent with necessary undertaking, which shall be considered by the second respondent.
