O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to survey the petitioner's property and sub-divide the same and fix the boundary stone by considering petitioner's application dated 24.06.2021.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that, the petitioner is the owner of property in Survey No.62/12B2A situated at Amman Kovil Street, Neighavayal Post, Kalpakkam https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Taluk, Tiruvallur District and he has made application before the 2nd respondent to survey the property, for which, he has paid necessary fees as early as on 25.02.2020. But, so far, the petitioner's application was not considered and no order has been passed on it. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the 2nd and 3rd respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's application and to pass suitable orders on merits in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner as well as other interested parties, if any within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
