ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the respondent to produce the body of detenue namely Arulselvam, aged about 36 years and set him at liberty, the petitioner, who is the husband of the detenu, has filed the present habeas corpus petition.
2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The detenu is produced before us. On enquiry, the detenu stated that he is ready to join the petitioner. Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
