O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the case against the accused based on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.09.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner had given several complaints earlier against her husband and in-laws, in which, enquiry was conducted and during enquiry, the husband of the petitioner had undertaken to return 9 sovereigns of gold jewels, motorcycle, money and other items. On the strength of the undertaking given by the petitioner's husband, those complaints have been closed. Now, it is alleged by the petitioner that after giving such undertaking, the petitioner's husband is not returning the articles.

4. Recording the same, the petitioner is given liberty to lodge a fresh complaint before the 2nd respondent Police and on such complaint being given, the 2nd respondent Police is directed to enquire the same and take action in accordance with law.
