Ms.D.Latha, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 21.06.2017 to issue the order of allotment of plot in respect of the petitioner's house site in S.No.866/9 Part at Old No.80, New No.20, Main Road, Annai Sathya Nagar, Thirumullaivoyal Village, Chennai - 62 on receipt of necessary fees under the Tamil Nadu Urban Development Project. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Ms.D.Latha, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2017 in accordance with law.

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
