Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records culminating in the impugned order of the first respondent in No.24706/2015/P3 dated 10.02.2016 and quash the same and direct the first respondent herein to enfore the terms and conditions of the Auction Notice of the Anthiyur Panchayat bearing No.565/2014, dated 09.02.2015, restricting the shandy sales of live stock in Ariyalur market to Sunday and Monday only.

This writ petition has been filed to quash the order of the first respondent dated 10.02.2016.

2. Heard Mr.N.Karthikeyan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.V.Shanmuga Sundar,learned Special Government https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.R.N.Amarnath, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the auction conducted by the second respondent dated 09.02.2015, the petitioner has become a successful bidder. Aggrieved over the order of the first respondent dated 10.02.2016, the present writ petition has been filed. It is further submitted that the lease period of the petitioner got expired on 31.03.2018 and now, the petitioner is not interested to pursue the writ petition.

4. Recording submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. However there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
