This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 17.06.2016 and to take appropriate action against the accused persons in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 17.06.2016 lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending before the 2nd respondent.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with a direction to the 2nd respondent Police to conduct the investigation and take action in accordance with law, either https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

register an FIR or close the case, under due intimation to the petitioner.
