Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the Suspension Order in Ref.No.17052/Admn/2013 dt 17.5.2013 and consequent suspension order in Ref. No.17052/Admn/2013-1 dt 2.1.2015 passed by the respondent and quash the same and directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to continue her service as Dark Room Assistant, CT Scan Centre Government, Thiruvannamalai Medical College Hospital, Thiruvannamalai, or posted in any non sensitive post that will be extremely useful to the Department For Petitioner : Mr.S.Kumaradevan For Respondent : Mr.R.Vijayakumar, AGP

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, but at the same time prays for appropriate orders to expedite the investigation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in Cr.No.623/2013, pending on the file of the Thiruvannamalai Police Station and also further prays for subsistence allowance.

2. This Court heard the submissions of Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of respondent.

3. Hence, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the Inspector of Police, Thiruvannamalai Town Police Station is directed to expedite the investigation in Cr.No. 623/2013 and file a final report as expeditiously as possible. If the subsistence allowance is not paid, the respondent shall also take every endeavour to pay the same till the order of suspension is revoked. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
