(Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J.) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the detenu's father's name as Anandakumar, instead of Ananakumar in H.C.P.No.500 of 2020 order dated 09.09.2020.

2.This Court by order dated 09.09.2020 has already allowed the above Habeas Corpus Petition. Now, the present petition has been filed to amend the detenu's father's name as 'Anandakumar' as it has been wrongly typed in the typed set of papers as 'Ananakumar'. In view of that there is a difficulty in releasing the detenu, since the name of the detenu's father is mentioned as Ananakumar instead of 'Anandakumar'.

3.Hence, Registry is directed to carry out the said amendment by amending the detenu's father's name as 'Anandakumar' instead of Ananakumar in the order dated 09.09.2020 in H.C.P.No.500 of 2020 and issue fresh order copy.
