ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to produce the body of the detenue Ms.Kanagavalli, aged about 15 years, elder daughter of R.Senthilkumar, the petitioner herein, before this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court, who is in the custody of the 3rd respondent and hand over her to the petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.The detenue - Kanagavalli is present today. We enquired the detenue and she has expressed her willingness to go along with the petitioner.

3.We have also suitably advised the petitioner to create a better atmosphere for the detenue. The petitioner and his wife promised this Court that no attempt would be made to perform the marriage of the detenue till she completes the degree, against her wish. The statement made by the petitioner and his wife stands recorded.

4.In the result, the Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of and the detenue is at liberty to go with her father viz., the petitioner.
