Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the results of the petitioner as published by the 2nd respondent on 21.8.2015 withholding the petitioner's result, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and appoint the petitioner in the post of Sub Inspector in terms of the notification dt. 8.2.2015 issued by the 2nd respondent with effect from the date the other candidates selected as per the said notification was issued appointment orders with all monetary and service benefits.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner, undisputedly, qualified to go to viva-voce and there is some controversy over the issue whether the petitioner produced the original sports certificate for verification as it is the case of the petitioner that he did so, while the respondents say to the contrary. It is agreed that the original sports certificate will be produced for verification by the petitioner on 16.09.2015 at the office of respondent No.2 at 10.30 A.M. and on verification being done, the petitioner will be called for viva-voce.

2. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, all connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
