Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Coimbatore to consider the bail application of the petitioner herein in Crime No.302 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police on the same day of surrender.

O R D E R

The petitioner, alleging that he has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of IPC r/w sections 3(1) (r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of SC & ST Act, 1989 and SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment ordinance, 2014 to consider the bail application to be filed by him on the same day on his surrender in Cr.No.302 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore District, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner on his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.

4. The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
