This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register an FIR on the complaint dated 12.07.2016, investigate the complaint and to file a final report within a stipulated period.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.307 of 2016 for the offences under Section 284 and 337 IPC on 27.07.2016.
Recording the same, this petition is closed.
