ORDER

Today (24.06.2026) when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner as well as the first respondent.

2. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to the first respondent by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8546 of 2026 dated 02.04.2026.

3. From a perusal of the petition, this Court is unable to find any violation of the conditions imposed in the anticipatory bail order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8546 of 2026 dated 02.04.2026. Therefore, this Court is of the firm view that no valid grounds have been made out to interfere with or cancel the anticipatory bail granted by this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the second respondent also fairly submitted that there has been no violation of the conditions imposed by this Court.
