The present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 305 days in filing the Criminal Appeal, as against the conviction and sentence dated 08.04.2025 in Spl.S.C.No.47 of 2022 on the file of the learned Sessions Court for Magalir Neethimandram (FTMC), Thiruppur.

2. Ms.J.R.Archana, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondent and she has no objection for this petition being allowed.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 305 days is condoned and this petition stands ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
