O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the orders passed by the third respondent on 9.3.2020.

2. Various contentions were raised on either side on the merits of the case. However, on going through the records, it is found that the petitioner has already preferred an appeal against the order passed by the third respondent before the 2nd respondent on 1.5.2020 and the same is pending. When this appellate remedy is available and it has already been availed by the petitioner, it will be fit and appropriate to give a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a time frame.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 1.5.2020 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The 2nd respondent, before conducting enquiry in the appeal, shall issue notice to the 4th respondent and give opportunity to both the parties and thereafter pass final orders. No costs. Consequently connected W.M.P.Nos.16220 & 16221 of 2020 are closed.
