O R D E R

(Order of the Court was delivered by T.S.Sivagnanam, J.,) This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Declaration, declaring that the proposed strike to be conducted by the 3rd Respondent from 17.10.2017 at 8.00 p.m. to 18.10.2017 at 8.00 p.m. and also the indefinite strike as illegal.

2. We find that the dates, on which, the strike was proposed to be conducted is already over. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to agitate his grievance before the appropriate forum, if any need arises at a latter point of time. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
