Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to issue patta to Plot Nos.7, 9 & 22, Nethaji Nagar, Korattur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District bearing S.No.656 pursuant to her application dated 30.05.2017 in Nos.415, 416 & 436. 3.Mr.J.Ravindran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents have surveyed the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

land and also issued a certificate as early as on 13.04.2017, but, the second respondent has not issued patta yet. 4.Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 30.05.2017 for issuance of patta and pass orders, in accordance with law, 5.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 30.05.2017 for issuance of patta and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
