2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 17.04.2016, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.103 of 2016 and the same was closed on 03.05.2016. A copy of the Closure Report is served to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.
