Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed the Petitioner shall appear before the Respondent police for monthly once i.e.on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders on the Petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1191/2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23724/2021 dated on 03.02.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.1191 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23724 of 2021 on 03.02.2022 to report before the respondent police for monthly twice at 10.30 a.m.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
