ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2023, regarding grant of permission to enter inside the Palladam Bus Stand. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties if any, and after giving them an opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
