This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1480 of 2021 dated 07.04.2021 on the file of the Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the lower Court, had granted bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner was directed to sign before the respondent police, daily at 10.00 a,m until further orders. He further submits that there are few cases filed against the petitioner in various police station. He further submits that the petitioner was unable to appear before the various police station,. modification of the above said condition.

3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.1480 of 2021 dated 07.04.2021, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to sign before the Inspector of Police, Tiruvannamalai Town Police Station, Tiruvannamalai, daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall remains intact.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
