C O M M O N O R D E R These writ petitions have been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent pertaining to his Proceedings in No.944/A1/2020-1 and No.944/A1/2020 and quash the order of suspension dated 01.09.2020.

2. After the order has been dictated elaborately in these writ petitions, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, reported before this Court that by an order dated 03.02.2022, the 1st respondent has passed the final order. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petitions.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
