W.M.P.No.16130 of 2021 in W.P.No.15237 of 2021 M.SUNDAR, J., and P. DHANABAL , J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity].

2. Captioned WMP has been filed with prayer to dispense with production of 'original impugned order passed by the second respondent vide proceedings dated 25.06.2021 bearing reference No.Na.Ka.Aa1/2954/2021' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

3. Mr.G.Ilamurugu, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners, is before this Court.

4. Learned counsel for writ petitioners submits that writ petitioners were not served with original impugned order and the same was placed in the notice board. Therefore, photocopy of the impugned order was filed along with the typed set of papers and that has necessitated the captioned WMP.

5. Taking into account the fact that the authenticity of the impugned order is not subjected to contestation or disputation, as a one off case, we are considering the dispense with prayer making it clear that in the days to come, adequate articulation in the support affidavit is imperative.
