Application No.2499 of 2024 Application No.2499 of 2024 Krishnan Ramasamy,J., M/s.T.Madhumathi, learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the mandate of the Arbitrator expired on 31.03.2024 therefore, this application has been filed by the applicant for extending the mandate of the learned Arbitrator to pass an Award.

2. Mr.B.Gowthaman, learned counsel for the respondent is present and gave consent for extension of the mandate by six months.

3. Considering the submission made by both the parties and on being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this Application is ordered.

4. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator to pass an Award is extended by a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
