ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to forbear the second respondent from interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and third respondent.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, an enquiry was conducted in CSR No.1291 of 2022 and the same has been closed by directing the parties to work out their remedy before the civil Court.

3. In the light of the above submission, it is made clear that the third respondent and the petitioner will resolve the dispute only before the civil Court and that the police will not interfere in the case. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 13.07.2023 Index : Yes/No Speaking Order:Yes/No gm 2/4
