Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the bids submitted by the petitioner under Tender ID No.34872 dated 11.04.2018 in respect of two vehicles bearing Regn. Nos.KA01 AF 5856, NL01 AA 4896 to Bharat Petroleum Corporation, in the State of Telangana, Southern Region alone as the bids of the petitioner and process the same pursuant to the Tender No. LPG/Bulk/TT/BPC/TS/ 2018 dated 10.05.2018 and award the contract for transportation of bulk LPG to the petitioner in respect of the said bids in the State of Tamil Nadu, Southern Region.
