O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the case in Cr.No.92 of 2021 on the file of 3rd respondent to some other investigation agency.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) for the respondents would submit that the said case has been registered under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. He would further submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report will be filed within a period of two weeks.

3. In such view of the matter, merely on the basis of apprehension that the investigation has not done as expected, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the transfer of investigation cannot be granted.

4. The respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order, before the concerned Court.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
