(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) We have gone through the deposition of P.W.1, who is an eyewitness. The learned counsel for petitioner is unable to establish that the said witness is wholly unrelated.

Thus, we are not inclined to consider the petition, since the petitioner has not made out any prima facie case for suspension of sentence. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
