This petition has been filed by accused 1 to 3 to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.252 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after investigation in the above case, Charge Sheet has been filed on 10.08.2018 before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpet, but, so far, the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpet has not taken the case on file.

3.Considering the aforesaid submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. The Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpet is directed to verify, if any such Charge Sheet is filed and if it is in order, it shall be taken on file without further delay.
