This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.646 of 2010 to any other investigation agency from the file of the respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent has reported that the entire investigation completed and Charge Sheet has also been filed and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.147/2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
