O R D E R

The criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation as per law by securing the accused and by sending the forged documents for comparison by experts and file a final report in Crime No.33 of 2015.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint against one Amudha Gunalan Kalaiyazhagan, Mullai Balaraman and others stating that she is the absolute owner of a vacant housing Plot No.B-13, measuring an extent of 4000 sq.ft. comprised in Survey Nos.459, 460 and 472, situated at No.16, Thirumullaivoyal Village, and the said property was purchased by her under sale deed dated 15.12.2014 registered as document No.17469/2014 on the file of SRO, Ambattur. The petitioner has applied for patta from the Avadi Town and paid vacant land tax to Ambattur Municipality on 20.02.2015 for the fasli upto 1424. so the accused, with a view to grab her property created false and fabricated documents and are trying to grab her property. She has given a complaint and the same was registered in X-Crime No.33/2015 on 08.03.2015 for the offence under sections 420, 465, 468, 471 and 506(i) IPC. The petitioner has also filed a suit in O.S.No.1 of 2015 before the Additional District Munsif Poonamallee and an interim injunction was also granted on 23.02.2015 in I.A.No.2 of 2015. The anticipatory bail petitions filed by the accused in Crl.O.P.Nos.19396 of 2015 and 19244 of 2015 were also dismissed by this Court on 27.08.2015. Hence, this petition has been filed by the petitioner to expedite the investigation and to file a final report.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that since the investigation involves lot of documents to be verified, it would take some time for the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.33 of 2015 and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.

5. The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
