ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The habeas corpus petition has been filed by the father of the detenue viz., A.Chithra seeking direction to the respondent to produce his daughter before the Court. 2.The detenue viz., A.Chithra has been secured and produced before us by the respondent. On enquiry, she has informed us that she married one Das, who has also present before this Court. She further states that she is living with her husband.

3. In such view of the matter, there is no illegal detention involved and the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
