These petitions are filed (i)under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 445 days in filing the petition to set-aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first appellant (ii) to set-aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first appellant and (iii) to bring on record the petitioners 2 and 3, who are the legal heirs of the deceased first appellant and rank them as appellants 3 and 4, in S.A. No.53 of 2019, respectively.

2. The reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions are accepted and there is no serious objection on the side of the respondents.
