ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that 'the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders' imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1956 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025. Page No.1 of 2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1956 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police twice a month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 29-04-2025 dpa To The Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Cuddalore District.
