CR.NO.230 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para 6(c)imposed on the Petitioners in Crl.OP.No.9846 of 2021 dated 15.06.2021 on the file of this Honble court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MEENAKSHI, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR. C.E. PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side), on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Para 6 (c) of the order dated 15.06.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9846 of 2021.

2. This Court, vide order dated 15.06.2021 directed the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner is working in the Income Tax Department as a Superintendent at Coimbatore and the second petitioner is suffering from illness, hence, both of them are unable to appear before the respondent police further more and they are ready to appear before the Kattur Police Station Crime Branch Coimbatore. 3.Learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side)submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed by relaxing the said condition that the first petitioner is directed to appear before the Kattur Police Station Crime Branch Coimbatore and the second petitioner is directed to appear the Kattur Police Station Crime Branch Coimbatore as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 15.06.2021 stand unaltered.
