O R D E R

The petitioners, alleging that they have been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 324 IPC read with Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, Section 3 of TNPPDL Act and Section 3(i)(x) of SC & ST Act , seeks a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, to consider the bail application to be filed by them on the same day of their surrender in Cr.No.374 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioners on their surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.

4. The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
