Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2.By order dated 21.03.2019, the petitioner was permitted to challenge the order dated 29.11.2017 by filing an appeal within two weeks from 21.03.2019. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the impugned order of assessment was made ready only on 29.04.2019 and was received only on 30.04.2019, whereby, the petitioner could not file the appeal. He, therefore seeks extension of time, granted by this Court in the order dated 21.03.2019. 4.In the interest of justice and keeping in spirit of the order dated 21.03.2019, time is extended till 27.05.2019, by which time, the petitioner must file his appeal. 09.05.2019 mkn http://www.judis.nic.in
