By consent of the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at admission stage. Mr.Anantharangan, the learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondent. Heard both sides.

2. Though the prayer in this Writ Petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his argument to the limited extent of directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner dated 02.05.2016, expeditiously.

3. Considering the limited prayer now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 02.05.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
