Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pursuant to the impugned order passed by the third respondent in A.No.99 of 2014, dated 01.07.2014, and quash the same as far as the petitioner is concerned, and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service and regularise her service with effect from the initial date of appointment with full back wages and other consequential benefits.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by Nooty.Ramamohana Rao,J.) In somewhat similar circumstances, we have passed a detailed order on 01.02.2017 in W.P.Nos.2206 to 2218 of 2017.

2. Learned counsel on either side agree, that in the given circumstances, that could be the best order that can be passed, and let there be a similar order even in this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition also stands disposed of, on similar lines with that of the order passed in W.P.Nos.2206 to 2218 of 2017 on 01.02.2017. No costs. Consequently, the connected M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2014 are closed.

4. Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the said order, dated 01.02.2017, passed in W.P.Nos.2206 to 2218 of 2017, to this order.
