M.M.Shahjahan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1, 2, 6 and 8. 2.After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1, 2, 6 to 8, this writ petition is being disposed at the time of admission, by dispensing with notice and counter of the private respondent/9th respondent as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the private respondent/9th respondent at this stage in this writ petition.
3.This writ petition is disposed at the time of admission without expressing any opinion on merits of the allegations of the petitioner by directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2021 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. While disposing the aforesaid representation, the third respondent may take note of Tamil Nadu Public Health Act, 1939. Since the orders are to be passed against the 9th respondent herein, due notice shall be issued to the 9th respondent also before passing order.
4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
