Transfer CMP Nos. 63 and 64 of 2018 are filed under Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code, praying to withdraw the petition in HMOP No.95 of 2017 from the file of the Subordinate Court, Ponneri and transfer the same to the file of the family court, Chengalpattu to be tried along with HMOP No.94 of 2017 pending on its file, and withdraw GWOP No.234 of 2017 on the file of District Court, Thiruvallur and transfer the same to District Court, Chengalpattu respectively.
