(CR.NO.512/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl MP No.6036/2022 in Crl OP.No.3235 of 2022 order dated 29.04.2022 with condition that the petitioner is directed to report before the investigation officer daily at 10.30 am until further orders and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.NIRMAL KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6036 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.3235 of 2022 on 29.04.2022 to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
