Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7185 of 2022 order dated 29.03.2022 with condition that the petitioners shall report before the investigation officer daily at 10.30 a.m untill further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.NIRMAL KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.7185 of 2022 on 29.03.2022 to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
