2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been convicted and sentenced in S.C.No.146 of 2013 by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur on 19.08.2016.
