Prayer in W.M.P.No.5047 of 2019 : To Vacate the interim order granted on 17.09.2018 made in W.MP. No.28365 of 2018 in WP No.24364 of 2018.

Prayer in .P.No.24364 of 2018 : To issue appropriate Writs, Orders or Directions and in particular issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari after Calling for the records relating to the Circular No. Na.Ka.20719/ 2018/ A-2 dated 10.09.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same as being illegal arbitrary and contrary to the principles of natural justice. J U D G M E N T

[Judgment of the Court was made by SUBRAMONIUM PRASAD, J.] The Writ Appeal has been filed as against the order dated 28.03.2019 passed in W.M.P.No.5047 of 2019 in W.P.No.24364 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.Order dated 13.08.2018 was issued by the 1st respondent in which 3rd respondent was found eligible to be considered for promotion to the post of Deputy Tahsildar for the Panel Year 2016, is under challenge in W.P.No.22235 of 2018 [by the Appellant as 9th petitioner and others].

4. The appellant by way of the instant Writ Petition No.24364 of 2018 is challenging the consequential Circular dated 10.09.2018.

5.The learned counsel for the appellant contends that pleadings have been completed in both Writ Petitions, viz., W.P.Nos.22235, 24364 of 2018 and they are ripe for hearing.

6. Since both Writ Petitions are interlinked and ripe for hearing, they be heard together. Post the aforesaid Writ Petitions for hearing on 04.06.2019.

With the above direction, the Writ Appeal is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
