In that view of the matter, this Criminal Revision Case is allowed on the following terms:- (i) The conviction and sentence of the petitioner, by the judgment, dated 10.12.2018 in S.T.C.No.135 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court (Fast Track Court No.I), Erode, as confirmed by the Principal District and Sessions Court, Erode, by the judgment, dated 28.03.2019 in C.A.No.04 of 2019 is set aside;

(ii) The offence is treated as compounded.
